When you need meeting facilities in Helsinki, come and use our services.

As a venue we are located just outside the traffic jams of the city centre and easily reachable with the public transportation as well as own cars.

We offer a variety of different size meeting rooms with the equipment needed for an efficient day. Use of data projector and internet connection are free of charge. Our meeting packages include breakfast, lunch and afternoon coffee. There is no extra rent for the meeting room. If you only wish to have a short meeting with less services, please contact our sales and you´ll get the right rate for your event.

Maximum amount of persons in one room is 120. That means rooms 1 and 4 combined. Our smallest room is for 2 - 6 persons. The maps of the different facilities are found in the link "meeting rooms" above.

Just about all our meeting rooms can be modified to meet your needs when it comes to the seating arrangements and services. The rooms can be devided into smaller spaces with soundproof and movable walls.

All the meeting facilities. except for the Restaurant cabinet, are located in their own privacy, in the second floor wing. Lunch is served in our main restaurant and morning and afternoon coffee in the meetings lobby.

As basic equipment all our meeting rooms have overhead, white board, flap board and dataprojector. If you need we will get you a CD -player, TV and VHS player. All the AV -equipment is included in the meeting package.

All the facilities also have WLAN and LAN connection.
